About me

I began my career in the film industry, but found my way to design & technology after moving to San Francisco in 2014.

UX is a happy marriage between my creative & storytelling sensibilities, and my system-loving, pragmatic mind. While I often remark that UX is more science than art, I find joy and creative fulfillment in the fact that no two design journeys are ever alike.

Often more important than being a 'designer', I consider myself a natural and curious problem solver. I am used to donning many different hats and responsibilities, and am always interested in expanding my horizons as a practitioner and an individual.

 

I am committed to working in areas and for companies that ‘do good in the world’, as that feels more aligned with my personal philosophies. Aside from my experience in healthcare, I am most passionate about environmental issues & sustainability.

I have lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Colombia, and Spain, but am currently based on the east coast where I am originally from. When I'm not designing, I prefer to be outside!
